ANU NECTAR 10 year Journey

Why did early-career academics create NECTAR?

10 years ago, a group of early-career academics led a change at ANU, that continues to make a difference to this day. Key achievements of NECTAR over the decade:

- Representation and conversations on how to enable early-career academics

- A program and advocacy group connecting researchers across and beyond the campus

- Mentoring Program giving all ANU early- and mid-career academics access to mentoring since 2018
